Ingredients
1/2 carrot
1/2 celery
Handful fresh spinach
Handful fresh kale
1 banana
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup blueberries
1 Tbsp natural yoghurt
1 Tbsp hemp seed flakes
1 tsp manuka honey
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp cacao powder
1 Tbsp hemp seed oil
250-300ml water
Place all ingredients into blender and mix thoroughly to your preferred texture.
