Pink smoothie

Serves 2

Prep Time 10mins

Ingredients

1 banana
Handful fresh strawberries
Handful fresh raspberries
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup blueberries
1 Tbsp coconut yoghurt
2 Tbsp hemp seed flakes
1 tsp manuka honey
2 Tbsp hemp seed oil
250-300ml water

Place all ingredients into blender and mix thoroughly to your preferred texture.

Add or take away any of our ingredients to put your own flavour on our pink smoothie.
