Ingredients
1 banana
Handful fresh strawberries
Handful fresh raspberries
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup blueberries
1 Tbsp coconut yoghurt
2 Tbsp hemp seed flakes
1 tsp manuka honey
2 Tbsp hemp seed oil
250-300ml water
Place all ingredients into blender and mix thoroughly to your preferred texture.
