Smoothie Ingredients
Handful fresh blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, boysenberries
2 Tbsp coconut yoghurt
½ cup plant based unsweetened milk
1/2 banana
Toppings
1/2 banana
1 Tbsp coconut chips
2 Tbsp hemp seed oil
Handful sliced berries
1 Tbsp hemp seed flakes
Blend smoothie ingredients and pour into bowl. Slice up fresh fruit, sprinkle coconut and hemp flakes, add a dash of hemp oil and enjoy.

Change your power bowl to reflect seasonal fruit. Substitute berries for citrus, kiwifruit or your favourite preserves in winter.
