Homemade Muesli Bars

Serves 12

Set Time 30-50mins

Ingredients

2 cups oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup hemp seed flakes
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup cranberries
120g butter
1/3 raw sugar (optional)
3-5 Tbsp manuka honey

Lay seeds out on a baking tray and place in oven for 10 minutes. Stir if needed. Melt butter, sugar and manuka honey in a small pot on cooktop for 5 minutes, stirring constantly until mixture is simmering and smooth. Pour wet ingredients into dry and combine in mixing bowl. Line your slice dish with baking paper and spread mixture. Refrigerate until cool then cut into slices you desire when set.

Our Tip

Want to try a different flavour? Try substituting cranberries for dried apricots, sultanas or any other dried fruit you desire.
