Green Smoothie

Serves 2

Prep Time 10mins

Ingredients

1/2 carrot
1/2 celery
Handful fresh spinach
Handful fresh kale
1 banana
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup blueberries
1 Tbsp natural yoghurt
1 Tbsp hemp seed flakes
1 tsp manuka honey
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp cacao powder
1 Tbsp hemp seed oil
250-300ml water

Place all ingredients into blender and mix thoroughly to your preferred texture.

Add or take away any of our ingredients to put your own flavour on our healthy green smoothie.
