Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats or oatmeal
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp hemp seed flakes
1 Tbsp hemp seed oil
1 cup preserved peaches, pears or plums
¼ cup dried cranberries
½ cup plant based unsweetened milk
Heat 4 cups water in a medium pot over high heat. When almost boiling, reduce heat to medium/low and add the oats, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Continue to stir until the oats are soft and the water is absorbed. Remove from heat and leave to sit for 5 mins. Serve with preserved fruit, hemp seed flakes, oil, and cranberries.
Our Tip
Cook the preserved fruit into the oats until soft to add more flavour.
